Step 01

Quality & Service

We are renowned for our Quality and service and this starts from the moment you pick up the phone or email us. Whichever method you use to contact us you will be put into contact with the person within the business who can best help you. On the rare occasion it is something we can’t help you with we will point you in the right direction of a company we think can.

Step 02

Budget & Planning

If you already have something very specific in mind, you can send us your measurements, drawings or templates or even picture from a magazine. From here we will have a starting point to discuss your project with you. Unlike many other companies our design process starts here. We like to know that we can achieve your vision from the offset.

By the time we give you a quote, we will know what we are using down to the last screw and dome and how long the project will take. We then give you a fixed price quote stating everything we will be providing. That way you are able to compare quotes like for like. This way there are no hidden surprises and you, the customer are able to budget and plan accordingly.

Step 03

Design & Manufacture

Once you have agreed the quote, the design is finalised by us attending site to survey and finalising the measurements.

The processing of the glass is then done in our state-of-the-art factory. This is where the magic happens: we turn the sheets of glass into the finished product.

Step 04

Installation & After Care

Once processing is complete, we are ready to install.

Our team of fitters will attend your property to install your project. Taking every care to make sure you are happy with the result.
